NDA stakes claim to form government in Jharkhand

The Bharatiya Janata Party-led National Democratic Alliance on Tuesday staked its claim to form the next government in Jharkhand. The alliance, sources said, has given a list of 41 MLAs to Governor Syed Sibtey Razi.
