What: EDS is looking for Help Desk Co-ordinators/ Associates.

These positions are based in Pune.

Do you qualify?

EDS says:

~ You could be a graduate.

~ You could have 10+2/ 10+3 years of formal education with two years of work experience.

~ You must have good written and verbal communication skills in English.

~ You must have working knowledge of desktop PC and peripheral devices.

~ You must have proven understanding/ knowledge of the following:

• Network protocols, hardware and Network E-mail Systems (Exchange & Outlook)
• Windows OS (XP/ 2000/ NT) in a network environment
• Word Processing, Spreadsheet and Database Software packages

~ You must have customer service experience, preferably in an international technical inbound service.

~ You must be willing to work in night shifts.

~ You must be residing within 22 kms of EDC premises.
