What: Sutherland Global Services is recruiting Technical Support Executives, Customer Support Executives and Centralised Operations Professionals.

These positions are based in Chennai.

For Technical Support Executives/ Senior Technical Support Executives

~ You could be a graduate/ diploma holder.

~ You could have experience in hardware engineering/ operating system/ networking.

~ You must have an aptitude for troubleshooting of desktops/ palmtops/ laptops.

For Customer Support Executives/ Senior Customer Support Executives

~ You could be a graduate/ diploma holder with or without experience.

~ You must possess good customer service skills.

~ You must have excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.

~ Undergraduates without experience, possessing excellent communication skills will be considered for internship.

For Centralised Operations Professionals

~ You must be a graduate preferably in statistics with in-depth working knowledge of Work Force Management, Capacity Planning (Seat planning) and MIS.

~ You must have sound understanding of MS Office and basic operational knowledge of the ITES industry and its functions.

~ You must have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

~ You must have two to six years of work experience.
