~ For Copywriters, Copy Supervisors, you must be a graduate/ post-graduate with at least three to five years of work experience in mainline advertising.

~ For Visualisers, Art Directors, you must be a graduate from a reputed art school with at least three to eight years of work experience in mainline advertising.

~ You must be a team player with a do or die attitude.

~ You must be fluent in English.

~ You must be between 24 and 35 years old.
