What: Creative writing expert Renu Balakrishnan is organising a workshop for students and working professionals who want to hone their creative writing skills.

The workshop is aimed at people who want to improve their creative writing skills in writing fiction and nonfiction.

Course content

Session 1: Story structure in fiction and nonfiction writing -- complication/ resolution

Session 2: Plot

Session 3: Narrative design and voice

Session 4: Character and dialogue

Session 5: Setting

Session 6: Tips on writing by a published author
