What: Life Insurance Corporation of India is recruiting Apprentice Development Officers.

Approximately 454 posts are proposed to be filled under the jurisdiction of South Central Zone, Hyderabad.

Salaries and perks

LIC says:

~ You will receive a stipend of approximately Rs 9,342 per month during the training period.

~ On appointment as a Probationary Development Officer, you will receive a basic pay of Rs 7,440 per month (except for employee category candidates) in the scale of Rs 7,440-450(2)-8,340-520(2)-9,380-540(17)-18,560 and other admissible allowances as per rules.

Job profile

~ You will recruit suitable persons to be appointed as life insurance agents, traing them and help them sell life insurance.

~ You will interact with customers and provide after-sales service.

~ You will perform any other liaison work leading to development of life insurance business.

~ You will be required to tour extensively in your allotted area.
