What: Indian Oil Corporation Ltd requires 350 Engineers/ Officers.

Details:

~ Disciplines include Fire Engineering, Boiler Operations (BOEs) and Human Resources.

~ Forty nine will be selected as Graduate Apprentice Engineers who will be absorbed as officers after a year's training.

Are you qualified?

~ A candidate should be a graduate with minimum 65 percent marks if from the Engineering discipline, and 60 percent if from the HR discipline, from a recognised university

~ A candidate should not be more than 26 years of age if applying for the position of Engineers/ GAEs/ Management Graduates (HR), and not be more than 28 years of age if applying for BOEs, as of June 30, 2007.

~ A candidate should be of sound mental and physical health.

~ Colour blindness is a disqualifying factor for Engineers and those applying in BOEs.

Important dates:

~ The online registration of application commences on May 2 and closes on May 23.

~ Written test will be held on July 8.

~ Last date for submission of application forms is June 2.
