National Law School: Admission notice 2008-09

What: The National Law School of India University, Bangalore, a premier Law University in India, invites application for admission to the following courses under Distance Education Programme for the Academic year 2008-09:

� A two year Master of Business Laws 
� One year PG Diploma in Human Rights Law
� One year PG Diploma in Medical Law and Ethics
� One year PG Diploma in Environmental Law
� One year PG Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights Law

Eligibility

Any graduate from a recognised University is eligible to apply. There is no restriction as to the age or percentage of marks obtained.

For application to any of these courses, kindly write to: The Registrar, National Law School of India University, P B No 7201, Nagarbhavi, Bangalore - 560 242, along with a DD of Rs 1,000 drawn in favour of 'Registrar, NLSIU' and payable at Bangalore.

Important dates

Application forms will be issued from 10th May 2008. Last date for issue and receipt of duly filled application is June 30, 2008 and August 31, 2008 (with late fee of Rs 200)

Admission for Research Degree 2008-09

Applications for M Phil/PhD (Law) / PhD (Interdisciplinary) / LLD Degree may be obtained from the Registrar with a Demand Draft of Rs 1,000 drawn in favour of 'Registrar, NLSIU' and payable at Bangalore. The applications will be issued from 10th May, 2008 and the last date for receipt of filled in application is 31st July, 2008 along with the required documents.
