What: Department of Financial Studies of Delhi [Images] University invites applications for two - year (full-time) Master of Finance and Control (MFC) programme for the academic session 2009-2011 commencing from July 2009.

Selection

Selection of candidates for admission to MFC programme is done on the basis of an all India entrance test, group discussion and personal Interview. The details regarding admission are given in prospectus of MFC.

Eligibility

Graduate (under 10+2+3) / postgraduate in any discipline, viz. Arts, Humanities, Commerce, Management, Social Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, Engineering, Technology, Agriculture, Law, Pharmacy and Medicine with 50 per cent marks, from the University of Delhi or any other university recognised as equivalent thereto. Reservation of seats according to the University rules for SC / ST / OBC / physically challenged candidates.

Candidates appearing for the final year of bachelor's degree can also apply for admission.

Test centres

The admission test will be held on Sunday, January 18, 2009 between 11.00 am to 1.00 pm at Delhi, Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Hyderabad, Jaipur [Images], Kolkata, Lucknow and Mumbai.

How to apply

The prospectus and application form can be obtained between 10.00 am and 1.00 pm (from Monday to Friday) from the office of the Department (Room No. 329), Arts Faculty Building, South Campus on cash payment of Rs 700 (Rs 200 for SC / ST candidates on submission of attested copy of caste certificate) or by post, against a demand draft of Rs 750 (Rs 250 for SC / ST candidates) drawn in favour of 'Director, University of Delhi South Campus' payable at State Bank of India [Get Quote], New Delhi along with two self-addressed slips of size 2" x 5".

The application form can also be downloaded from www.mfc.edu. The downloaded form should be accompanied by the demand draft of Rs 750 (Rs 250 for SC / ST candidates) in favour of Director, University of Delhi, South Campus, as specified above mentioned address.

Important dates

Last date for submission of completed application form: December 4, 2008.
Last date for receipt of applications: 04/12/2008 (4.00 pm)
Date of admission test: 18/1/2009 Time: 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
