MCA Admissions through JAM 2009

What: Delhi [Images] University, Department of Computer Science invites applications for Admission to Master of Computer Applications (MCA) for the academic year 2009-2010 will be made through JAM (Joint Admission Test for MSc) 2009 being conducted by IIT Kharagpur.

Eligibility

(a) Any bachelor's degree under 10+2+3 scheme of examination followed at the University of Delhi or an equivalent degree from any other recognised university with 60 per cent marks (55 per cent in case of SC/ST candidates) in aggregate and at least one paper in mathematics for annual system candidates/ atleast two papers of mathematics for semester system candidates.

(b) The candidates who are appearing in the final year examination of the degree on the basis of which admission is sought [as mentioned] are also eligible to apply.

How to apply

The candidates qualifying for JAM are required to report in person (to the Department) for counselling on 13th July 2009. At the time of counselling they will be required to fill up an application form and submit a bank draft of Rs 500 (Rs 250 in case of SC/ST candidates) drawn in favour of "The Registrar, University of Delhi".

Time of counselling will be announced at the Department Web site.
