Manisha Koirala may have had a rough time with her film, Ek Chhotisi Love Story, when she went to court accusing director Shashilal Nair of displaying crude, steamy scenes.

But she is back in another film which boasts of three lengthy lovemaking scenes.

Aruna Raje's Tum captures Manisha in bed with husband Rajat Kapoor and lover Karan Nath.

In this case, however, the filmmakers and the actress are quick to declare that the bold scenes are neccessary to the script and that they are not vulgar and cheap.

Apparently, the film ran into trouble with the Censor Board, which insisted that the duration of the 'scenes' be cut short. After a month-long battle, Raje finally seems to have got her way.

Tum will release on February 20.
