Janata Dal (United) leader Nitish Kumar is likely to be sworn-in as chief minister of Bihar on November 24 at the historic Gandhi Maidan of Patna.

His movement brought Lalu Yadav and Nitish Kumar into political life even though JP's call for change failed.
Nitish told select journalists, "People are impatient for change. I wish to go to Patna soon but the swearing�in ceremony can only take place after some formalities are dealt with."
